Hi diana_sodope,

 

Without seeing your installation log, it's tough to really pinpoint the specific issue. With that being said, we do have a Pinterest solution that looks similar to your screen shot.

Please accept this as a solution if it fully resolves your issue, or reply with the install log for additional assistance.

Did you try the linked Pinterest solution? After checking your install log, it definitely is applicable to your "Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable (x86)Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603" error.
