Hi, we just installed standalone building design suite premium 2013. Revit crashes with the fault module "desktopmfc.dll".
I tried the hot fix of changing out several dll's. Then I get an error entry point not found.
See the attachments.
Thanks,
Rick
I'm not sure what caused the original DesktopMFC.dll crash but I'm fairly confident that this problem will not be resolved by the hotfix that you tried. The procedure entry point error that you are getting now is typically caused by the incorrect version of dll files.
At this point, I believe your best option is to repair your existing Revit 2013 installation and see where you are after that. Hopefully you'll be back to the original DesktopMFC.dll crash and we can troubleshoot this problem from there.
