revit borrowed licence

i have booked out revit licenses. i would like to know if there is any way i can return them with out the PC's being on the network?

Imagine the consequence of doing so...
If anyone could just borrow and then checkin the licenses you can created
unlimited over-use. I'm sure it would be good for users but probably not for
vendor.
