revit 2014 installation issues

Hi 

I have tried installing revit 2014 and it keeps giving me a communication error that states :

1) fire wall - which i do not have

2) the intallation package was moved from the download position - which i did not do

3) that the page was refreshed -which it was not

i have downloaded autocad so it should download revit as well.

next i just downloaded autocad 2015 and did not get a serial number for a student version!

and i am now trying to download revit 2013 and i did not get a serial number for that.
