releasing ldd2 license after inactivity

I was asked to post this on the network group, so here goes........

When we purchased LDD2 and cad overlay 2000 we were told that the program
would release the license back to the license manager after a defineable
period of inactivity on the workstation.

Example: If Joe opens LDD2 and leaves for lunch, is it possible to set the
program to release his license after 15 minutes of inactivity so someone
else can use it?

Is this fact or fiction?

Thanks,

Larry,

AdLM has no idea of activity on the user's desktop, so, it can not pull the
license away from inactive users.

Sorry

For R14 there was a third party application named "LogOff" that would log
off the user after a definable time. It would allow you to choose log off
without save, saveas different name or save to same name. See
http://www.cadstudio.cz/ftp for more. Have not used the 2000 version yet.
