There's no fee for a new auth code. If this is a standalone license, check
your Help file for steps you can take to avoid reauthorization.

We're upgrading the operating systems to XP, and we will need to reinstall
2005. Apparently, we will need to acquire a new authorization code when we
reinstall? Is this true? If so, is there a fee involved? Does it work the
same way as the first time we installed it?
