My client is running AutoCad 2000 LT (yes, version 2000). They have an UPGRADE CD which they purchased many years ago. One of their computers died and they have since replaced all of their old computers. Because the older/original version of Autocad (95? 97?) isnt on the new computer, when I try to install the UPGRADE version, I get the error message about "cannot find a valid aclt.exe file".
I tried copying an old aclt.exe to the new computer but it didn't work.
Is there a way to get the upgrade CD to install? They are not looking to upgrade again to 2013.
Anyone know???
TIA,
Jim
