We are currently useing LDD2 (Network ver.) on a NT 4.0 sp5 network. When using LDD2 the file opens as read-only if another user has the file open. If we use the AEC Acad program we receive a warning message that the drawing will be opened as read-only. What we need to know is there any way to identify the user that has the file open as to coordinate when the file will be avaliable. Previous ver. you could name a workstation under the config command. this would identify the user @ the warning message.
Thanks
Michael

goto your server and then
1) open control panel
2) then open the server icon
3) then click on in use
this will show you a list of files and directories in use and who has them
open.
Thanks
