"SERIAL NUMBER NOT IN OUR RECORDS"

I got this response  (title of my post) from the customersupport !

I bought and downloaded AUTOCAD LT 2013 on the autodesk site : 1250€

HOW do I get a good serial and a good product key.

I can't believe how mysterious it is.

This is just...unbelievable

From now on I work on the trial version and in two weeks, it will be over if I don't get a response from autodesk or anygood soul !!!

Serial Numbers are a recurring bug-a-boo for Autodesk.

You are not the first to wonder how they cannot keep these straight.

You do have access to free support for your issue at:

Autodesk Up and Ready Support (Google this as I cannot paste the link this morning for some reason)

 

I've also had luck with this email in the past:

customersupport@autodesk.com

(Though it may not still be valid)
