"Registration Lock On" File Association

I recently started receiving a dialog box asking for a file association for the "Registration Lock On" file. It appears it's an Autodesk product that's trying to associate this "file" with a program. If I click "Cancel" life goes on and ADT 2006 seems to work just fine regardless.

Mostly, I'd like it to stop. Any suggestions?

Weird. Check to see if it is in your StartUp group folder on yoru startup menu. If so, remove it. If that doesn't help, have you tried actually letting it associate the file instead of hitting Cancel?

I've seen this happen lately with DWG associations after installing Inventor, but I haven't come across this exact one yet.
