problems with an update

sir,

i'm having a problem with my "student" version of autodesk inventor,

the program crashed, than it connected with the auto support and than is said it had to do an update,

so i said clicked yes. But now, when i want to open inventor is say:

Your registration is uncomplete please conract the administrator ... (and so on).

I need to use this program very urgent, so can anyone help me?

please check your student profile for license expiry. did you try reinstall the program ?

please post exact behavior with the error message
