problem installing maya2015

after downloading the autodesk maya 2015, immediately i try to install it, a message read, procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library. please someone help me with these

Welcome to the Community. Try out the solution provided in this other post below which had the similar error you are having.

thanks for reply @jeffery. i tried the first two options and it didnt work, the last one may have worked if i had installed autodesk revit or maya before, but i hav not, only autodesk 3ds max 2013, maya2015 if the first version of maya am installing. so if there are other options pls let me know. thanks
