problem in loading AutoCAD Land Desktop

I have operating System Window XP professional.
I had a virus problem and reformatted hard drive. Now I am trying to load AutoCAD Land Desktop 2008 again and error message read:

This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.
E:\support\msxml\msxml6.msi

please help..........

This is a known issue covered by a technical solution which applies as well for AutoCAD Land Desktop 2008.
Error: This installation is forbidden by system policy - msxml6.msi
