prob with downloading file 1 of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010

Hi ~

I've been trying to download AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010. The link for File 1 is not working. I've tried opening it, opening in a new window, saving the target - every option there is and it does nothing. The link for File 2 downloaded without a glitch, so I'm wondering if there is some other option for optaining File 1? I appreciate any assist you can give on this because I've spent the entire day trying to get it to work.
