permanent license for Simulation but program says time limited

I have a permanent stand alone  license for the full 2013 Product design suite, Inventor Publisher and Simulation Mechanical.  Everything installed correctly on my Windows 7 system and is working as expected - except that the Simulation Mechanical product says (Time Limited) at the top of the screen.  How do I get the license to properly activate to remove the time limitation?

    Hello Jeff,

You should have the option to either activate or try (continue in trial mode) when you start Simulation Mechanical. Is that not the case?

When I installed Simulation for the first time I entered the serial numbre and product key from my CD package.  Yet it still says time limited on the top of the window when I am using Simulation.

Does the program start up normally or does it prompt you to activate or try? Once opened, do you see any licensing information in the Help -> About section?

Can you please send me a Private Message (click on my philip.s profile name and then "Send this user a private message") with your serial number + a screen shot displaying the "time limited message".
