nothing happens for inventor trial

I have downloaded inventor test drive a couple of times and it loads it on ok but when I try to start it using TDSETUP nothing happens, even if i try using administrater.

I have .

Uninstalled

rebooted 

reinstalled

rebooted

and still nothing

I am running vista

intel quad core Q6600 @2.4GHz 64 bit 4GB ram

Please help
