no media for revit student download

Hello. I have tried several times to unsuccessfully download revit 2014. I was able to download this version once before the website remodel, but I had to do a system restore to my computer. Now that I am trying again, Once I get to the download option the yellow triangle next to the words auto desk revit says there is no media. Once I was able to down load , however after it was finished it would not allow me to open. Any suggestions.

You can try downloading Revit 2014 via Autodesk Virtual Agent interface

1.Go to http://www.autodesk.com

2.At the bottom of the page, beneath Help and Support, click Customer Service.

3.Click the Ask button.

4.In the Virtual Agent window

5.Click Download links.

--Click "Autodesk Revit Products" then “Autodesk Revit”

6.Select the appropriate product and click the link to download.
