I have downloaded a trial version of 3ds max 2012 (32 bit machine, Windows xp service pack 2). When I install, they ask me to  update .net framework to version 4. So, I downloaded .net framework version 4. When I install .net framework, they ask me to download Windows Imaging Component (WIC). But after I download WIC and run its setup (setup of WIC), a message box appears.

                      ????????????????????Windows xp??,????????????

Anybody has a solution?

your not running the right operating system:

Operating system: Microsoft® Windows® 7 Professional operating system, Microsoft® Windows Vista® Business operating system (SP2 or higher), or Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional operating system (SP3 or higher)
