I have, as an example, 2 Maya 2012 licenses on 1 server. Because I have 3 departments benchmarking and performing QA work against those 2 license I need to acquire 3-4 more. If I add those new licenses to license server will they hide the first 2 that are listed in the license file on the server. My past experience is that it might.
Thanks,
Frank
you would have to regenerate all licenses on the same date
if you don't then yes those 2 licenses will be "hidden"

Thanks. How do I regenerate licenses? I have not heard of that before. By the way I have licenses through my ADN account if that makes any difference.
Thanks,
Frank
You can use the online method to activate your license here:

You will need to provide your serial number and ethernet ID of the license server.
www.licenseparser.com > This will break down your current license file into plain english and you will find the serial number there.
