moldflow insight ultimate 2013: ERROR 99998

Hi,

 

I have a license issue with Moldflow.

the license server is the same system where I want to run moldflow simulation.

 

according to flexlm my license is running fine, but I am always getting the ERROR 99998.

 

Please find attached a picture of the problem.
