You must call Support (not Auth Codes).
You have a 24-hr emergency license available on the exporting PC. The 24
hours starts the first time you launch the product after you exported.

Hello,
Using the mobile utility liscence we exported the liscence on a
portable. We accidentally re-exported this liscence in a file bound
for a computer which does not exist.
Now it is possible any more to import this liscence neither towards
the portable nor towards the computer of origin. What to make to again
be able to use it? It is not possible to re-record the product.
