missing icons on toolbar

I just downloaded and registered my autocad 2011 and for some reason the icons on the toolbar just show up as clouds with question marks.. what gives?  I can scroll over the cloud/? and see what the tool is but they won't show up without doing that.  how do i fix it (see attached screen shot)?
