Ok so about 2 weeks ago i had a problem with maya 2013 when it had been working perfectly fine for more then a year now. The problem was that i was somehow missing the mfc100.dll file so i decided to reinstall it. when i went to unistall it nothing was happening so i had to find a solution to uninstall it another way and after looking around i found the microsoft fix it programme and used that. After it had finally unistalled maya i went to the website and downloaded maya 2013, then when i went to install it a massage came up saying communication failure. i tried turning off my firewall but that didnt do any good, can someone please help me.
