loading DWG trueview

I loaded DWG trueview and autodesk design review. The problem I am having is that when I try to open a drwing, I get an error message that states I need to download the latest version of DWG trueview. I have rebooted my sytem, but that didn't help.

 Any other suggestions?  I am using windows 7 home premium edition.

Did you download it recently from Autodesk?
