licensing stand alone version

I was given stand alone  serial # to use for licensing product on a single computer, aside from our normal server license.

 

the computer has been  decommisioned and a new one replaces it   However it does not recognize the license and I can not activate the product

You need a new activation code for the new computer, as the old one will not work on new hardware.  You should call your reseller or Autodesk activations at  1-800-551-1490 to get an activation code.
