we are using these products:

DWF Composer 2.0
DWG to PDF Converter 2005
DWG TrueView 2.0
DWG TrueView 2009

on desktop machines that may be migrated from physical to VDI.  Are there tech or licensing issues we need to be aware of?

Technically speaking, I don't think Autodesk supports those products in a virtual environment.  However, per license compliance, it shouldn't be a problem if you continue to follow the EULA guidelines.

AutoCAD publishes natively to PDF. You don't need a converter. It's built in.
