I already have a license and AutoCAD LT 2013 installed on the main PC and want to install the back up onto a new PC. I exported the licence from the old back up PC and have istalled a trial version on the new back up but I cannot find the License Transfer Utility. What have I done wrong or not done correctly?

The EULA already allows for you to have a backup activation for a laptop or other 2nd device. You simply need to reactivate both of your installations and you will be good to go.
