license transfer

i have a standalone license of AutoCAD 2011.I'd like to know the steps for transfering my license from my desktop to my laptop.

i have my license transfered now but i'd like to know why all the customization i did when working in my desktop it did not come to my laptop when i had my license transfered?

Because the process only transfers your license.  You'll probably need to export all of your profile settings and CUI files as well.

how can i transfer my profile settings and CUI files into my laptop if i'm in usa and my desktop is in australia?
