license is invaild Autocad 2015 LT

Hi All

 

i need some help!!! i downladed and installed Autocad 2014 and everytime i try to open the file it says " your license is invaild" i have no idea how to fix this or where i should go to fix this issue

 

any advice????

commercial and its Autocad 2015 not 2014 i wrote the wrong year down

 

any ideas on whats the issue? i called the 1800 number to talk with someone at Autodesk and they said everything was installed correctly and it looked good on there end

 

I have added a image of the screen shot so you can see the error message i get

sorry i forgot to add that its not a trial, we bought the one year license

Sounds like you purchased "Desktop Subscription", which is the new name for the "rental" plans.

 

All I know is that this licensing model must be able to "check in" with the Autodesk mothership periodically - and based on your first screenshot it looks like something is blocking your machine from being able to talk to the Autodesk license server (out on the Internet).
