license error 10: cannot start adlm HELP!

When starting Revit 2014 for the first time after a restart, I get the message "license error 10: cannot start adlm".  Revit does continue to launch. What should I do to fix this?

I would uinstall Revit and re-install it.  Can you download it as a browser download?

Yes I have already done that a couple times and yes it does download as a
browser download.
