issue installing and running revit architecture 2012

Hi~

I'm a student and I am trying to install Revit Architecture 2012. The installition completes but when I go to open the program I get a blank error message (I have attached a screen shot of the error message) and then the program shuts down. I have tried repairing the software, reinstalling it, and I have done a clean uninstall twince and then installed it again and I still get the error message. I have been using Revit Architecture 2011 on my laptop for the past year and it works fine. Unforatunatly, the model my class is using as a base is in Revit Architecture 2012 and I an unable to open it. I am very furstated so any help would be very helpful.

Can you re-download and install it?

Can you create a new user account with Administrator privileges and see in that new acccount?
