ipx to ip

We have autodesk license manager installed in our network and use ipx. Now we changed and no longer use ipx but only ip. I have tryed to reinstall but it does not work. Do i need a new authorizations code? Will they get me any?

Judging from your message I assume that you are
running a pre AutoCAD 2002 version using the legacy Élan license manager
(AdLM).  If this is the case, the Netware version of the license manager
only works on Netware servers running IPX protocol.  IP is not supported on
the Netware version of the license manager and running both protocols is not
supported either.  So you will have to switch your protocol back to IPX or
move the license management to a Windows server. If you choose to move to a
Windows license server you will need to create new deployments based on IPX
licensing and reinstall all existing seats.
