inventor pro 2010 suite, does it allow autocad 2010 use?

As I gather from a autodesk brochure is Inventor Pro a collection of programs.

Autodesk Inventor Professional 2010 :

* Autodesk Inventor Professional 2010
* AutoCAD 2010
* AutoCAD Mechanical 2010
* Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 2010
* Autodesk Vault 2010
* Autodesk Inventor View
* Autodesk DWG Viewer
* Autodesk DWF Viewer

If we have a 100 seat license of Inventor Pro 2010, and say a 50 seat license for Autocad 2010,

is it possible to start up to 150 instances of Autocad 2010?

Are there modifications necessary to the flexlm license file?

help is much appreciated

Yes, you can. But not exactly how you think it would. You would still have to install the AutoCAD from Inventor as well as the vanilla AutoCAD and essentially have two copies on the same machine. The AutoCAD from AIP2010 would take an Inventor license and vanilla AutoCAD would take a regular AutoCAD license. Unfortunately, AutoCAD is not part of the Inventor priority roll-over group for licenses, so there is no way to make either install take the other's license.
