I installed inventor pro 2013 edu ed as part of the product design suite 4 weeks ago. Everything seemed to intall correctly however, three of the applications crash. Revit and Showcase and Inventor.
In the case of inventor, I open the app from short cut, choose new part, create and it crashes.
Running XP Professional sp3
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
3.21GHz, 3.25 GB of RAM
NVIDIA Ge 9800 graphics card.
Not getting any support from the autodesk techs who receive my crash report. All ask for "files" but not description of what files they want. I've provided on numerous times the step by step sequence leading to the crash. But they keep asking for "files".
Can I completely uninstall all the autodesk student apps with product design suite and reinstall? I've been told that the student version only allows 1 install.
HELP!!!
