instillation error

after downloading and extracting the files. the setup promt appears. After clicking run it goes away. In my event log it show a side by side configuration error. What do i need to do. Below is the error message from my event log

Please try to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Runtime and install it from here.

If you still get the error, please try to install the software in diagnostics mode as described here

Please try to clean the VC++ runtime, Uninstall all the versions from the Add/remove programs and install from the MS site

32 bit and 64bit OS

If this fails please reinstall .net framework also.
