installing autocad 2010

Hi There i have been trying to download autocad 2012 and i am at the install on computer stage and i cannot go any further

as i am getting an error call 1324 folder path gems file contains an error. I cant find this folder path anywhere and it is stopping me installing autocad 2012. Please help
