installed the wrong program

Good afternoon,

I downloaded inventor pro onto my laptop but inventor fusion was what I got, even in my email i received with the serial number it states it is for pro not fusion. are they the same and if not how do I change it, my email is cbarclay110@email.itt-tech.edu,

Hello Chelene and welcome to the community!

Inventor Fusion is actually and additional program that is included in the Inventor Professional installer. I'm guessing that the Inventor Professional component failed during the install which would explain why it is not present.

Can you please take a look / attach the recent installation log for confirmation?
