every time I try to install it, I get this message.

Ive installed microsoft net 4.0 and turned of my anti-virus, but
I still get it. what can I do?
Re-download the program.
Ive also re-downloaded it like five times. it still does it.
Well i found the problem, but i dont know how to fix it either. i cant seem to download the whole program. it downlads from 0mb to 358mb but it never gets to the 1.2g. I dont know what to do.
Use Google Chrome
Did not help. it still vairies from 32mb to 300mb
Opera managed it. so nevermind!
