installation error Autocad LT 2013

Hi, I installed my autocad LT 2013. It seems it is correct. But when want to open the files I get the message that I attached. Each time, I should restart my computer and then it opens the files for one time. If I want to open another file it gives me the error and I should restat my computer again. I attached the massage. Please give me an advice to solve this problem.

Based on the description, it appears to be due to restriction imposed on user profie or using of roaming profile.

Please refer to this Technical Solution for permission and restriction information, with reference to installing and launching of Autodesk products.
