When entering in serial number and product key, I am prompted with an alert reading;
The Serial Number or Product Key don't Match.Valid format for serial number is (XXX-XXXXXXXX)
what do I need to do form here?

Can you try installing the software in trial mode and then proceed with the standard activation process upon 1st start up? Please let us know, either way if it works!
