install error

I'm trying to install autocad but getting error messages after running the setup file. It says 1 of 3 things could be wrong. One is the firewall (which i turned off). The other 2 say "The installation package was moved from the install location, which is not supported" (which it wasn't) and "The autodesk download website was closed or manually refreshed before the installer laiunched", (which it wasn't).

Any ideas?

To resolve your problem with installing AutoCAD please do the following:

-          Make sure you meet all system requirements for AutoCAD.

-          Update your graphic’s drivers by going directly to the manufactures web site and down load the latest drivers.

-          Please complete steps 1-5 from the link.

Hi Brad

I've done all of that and it still doesn't work. I get the same error message.
