how to install 2013 to another computer?

we have new autocad 2013 and we've installed to one of our computers. but we want to install this programme to another computer in our network system. is iı possible to do it with the same serial number and product key?

by the way while we were installing to the first computer, we choose 'stand alone'. should we chose 'network' choice to install with the same serial number and product key to an other computer?

This depends on how many licenses you own and if your licenses are stand-alone or network seats.  There is a difference.  Network seats are controlled by the network license manager.  Even if you have one network license, you can install it on an infinite number of machines, but the license manager only allows the maximum number of applications to launch per the number you own.

If you have stand-alone and you have one seat, you can install it on only one computer.  The EULA allows a second installation for that user for laptop use away from work, but that is all.  You cannot install a single license stand-alone seat on a second machine for a second user. This would be violating the license agreement and Autodesk audits are not pleasant.

You might consider a network activation of your product if you haven't alread. Contact your Reseller for help on this matter.
