    Hi,

My computer is new with windows 7, 16GB ram and Quadro 3000 graphics card.

I am able to install 3Ds Max 2011, 2012 and 2013 the student copy BUT when i try to open it, it doesnt work, it half opens and just freezes, Ctrl Alt Del does not do anything, no mouse movement and i have to hold down the off button. I have tried many times but can not find a way. The software makes my whole computer unresponsive, I have been trying for a week now.

The instilation seems fine and i got it to work in September on a previous computer.

I spoke to the people who made the computer and they said there is a problem with the software,

I was wondering if someone could help me, I really need to use it, but i dont know where to start trying to fix this issue.

    Thanks,

    Regards,

    Dhiren
