generic school district username/account

I would like to establish a generic account for the school district, using a generic username, so that all of us installers can get to the ARC the same way without each person needing to set up their own personal account. I am trying to smooth the way for our district to use the kindly offered gifts of all these awesome programs, but know that there will be backlash unless it is super easy to get in (albeit selfishly easy). I don't see a way to add an account that is not of the "person" type.
