font issue with new install

Hello,

I have posted this also in the Inventor Discussion Group.

I bought a new computer and did a fresh intall of Inventor 2012 suite. My old system was an XP machine and I am now running Window 7. I did no migrations. I copied all of my customers files and templates to the new computer using a LAN connection.

When I open one of my custom drawing templates, I get an error message "   Create Title Block Instance: problems encountered while executing this command.      Cannot create font RomanS ".

I had used that font originally when I had created that title block. My new computer shows that font in the control panel font list.

Same thing with a Simplex font.

No, this issue has not been resolved.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solved.

After emailing my reseller, he sent me a screen capture of what the font folder should look like. I only had 2 types of the RomanS and 2 types of the Simplex font installed on my machine. I grabbed my install USB and reinstalled the fonts. Seems to be working now.

I hope that was the only 2 fonts I have used...
