exporting license error

I am attempting to transport my license for Plant 3D-P&ID to use on my work station at home & I get this message:

"The license you are trying to export is in use by one or more Autodesk products. You must close all products using this license before you can export the license."

But I have no session open?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

You need to forget about the LTU and simply ask for a Home Use License per your Subscription.  You are allowed a second installation and activation for this purpose.
