expired studendlicens

hej, my student licence expired in noveber. i am still a student and forthermore will cotinue in autum with my master. i seem to be unable to download a new licens or a newer cad version. i either get to a blank screen or am told that i have a invalid e-mail adress. my university has licence for autocad and should be on your list( and after all i did work the first time.... so i am a bit confused of what is going wrong or why it doesnot work.  hope you can help me sicinerly your Andora
