error while installing from network

I am getting an error while installing autocad 2000 from our server. It does not have a number or name or letters or anything. it is just a small box with a stop sign in is thats it. after you click ok. it does not freeze up but the installation just stops and i have gave it ample time to install. also the (mwclient.log) file says installation halted by user????????

What version of AutoCAD?  What operating
system is on the workstation?  Any virus software running on the
workstation and if so have you tried disabling it?  Are you logged on to
the workstation as administrator?  Have you checked the Windows event
viewer for operating system errors?
