When I try to install Revit from Building design suite Ultimate 2013, it has this error message"1: 5 2: adlmPITSetProductInformation failed. 3: 2."(error image attached) I do have Revit 2012 Architecture on the same machine and want keep it.

Then I tried 3dsMAx design and ran across the same issue. Installation log file for 3dsMAx attached.

Hi yhe36,

The "adlmPITRemoveProductInformation failed" message indicates a possible corruption in the "ProductInformation.pit" file, and the generally accepted solution to this problem is to manually remove the file and to repeat the installation process. With that being said you may need to temporarily remove your 2012 software in order to resolve the issue.

Anyway I can keep 2012 programs? It's hard to uninstall and reinstall. If I remove that file, all 2012s will stop working somehow. Thanks!
