conversion of standalone to network

I have 10 standalone inventor11 licenses installed, now i am going for network license.do i need to uninstall & reinstall the software or is there any way to convert it to network like how we do for AutoCAD in regedit HKEY LOCALMACHINE.
I know only for AutoCAD to change 2a to 19, in the sameway what will be the code & where will be the path to convert inventor11 standalone to network.
thanks in advance

There is no such easy way as for AutoCAD. I once saw the instructions
how to do that for Inventor here, it contained something like 3 separate
registry changes plus installing a few different files from the install
CD depending on your system, IIRC.

In other words, it is less bother to re-install.

Right. There is no easy way. And I was the one the provided the registry fixes and files. But that was for AIS10. It really isn't worth the hassle to replicate that again. Just reinstall.

Sorry.

Better to take the time up front, reinstall, and have solid systems for the
future, then worrying about registry hacks that may or may not cause future
problems.
